When you need a tenant, we’ll find one for you. RE/MAX has 7 offices in Bangkok and over 70 agents who will actively seek out qualified tenants. We also collaborate with over 500 independent agents to ensure your unit is rented as quickly as possible. We focus on long term leases from 1 to 3 years.

Tenant Care

Your tenant is your customer, and a happy customer is a good customer. We are available to help your tenants with assistance any time during their stay. From installing cable TV, to minor repairs. Your tenants are cared for. Chances are, they will want to renew with you.


How well your property presents, is key in renting. We ensure that your property is clean and fresh and ready to view. We can arrange cleaning prior to tenants moving in and after vacating.

Bill Payment:

Your bills need to be paid on time. We will collect and pay bills on your behalf. We can also perform this service for your tenants at their request.


Keeping an eye on your property. We will visit your vacant properties and inspect for any issues, water leaks, damage, pest problems or other issues. We inspect vacant properties on a regular basis. We inventory and photo catalog your property prior to each new tenant.

Rent Collection:

You’ll be surprised at how cost effective our Property Management Service is. We charge 12,000 THB per year.

What’s not included in your fees? 1) The cost of workmen and materials for repairs and cleaning. We bill these fees to you at cost plus a 10% management fee to oversee and inspect the work (minimum charge 200 thb). 2) Building common fees 3) Property Taxes 4) Agency Commissions (normally 1 month rent/year of lease)
