Executive Homes is a Relocation and Property location services company serving expatriates working in Bangkok. Executive Homes offers a comprehensive service to our clients, pre-relocation interviews, needs assessment, school search, health care assistance, property searches, contract negotiation, landlord relations, and assistance in concluding business upon departure. We offer real estate services in rental properties for residential, office, commercial and retail locations. Our mission is to become the recognized leader in Relocation serving the expatriate community.

History
Executive Homes began as U & Me Real Estate Company Ltd. U & Me was founded by Youme Wasavanmuang in 1991 as a freelance real estate agent for expatriates. Youme began her career with PRA Company Limited, of Bangkok. She began operating as an independent agent in 1991. In 2000 U & Me attracted foreign investment which has allowed it to grow to be one of the largest independent agencies Bangkok. In 2002 U & Me formally registered, under Thai law as a subsidiary of U.M.E. Enterprises Ltd. In 2002 we formally rebranded the company to Executive Homes to better reflect our specialty services. We now have a staff of 6 highly trained professionals, who are actively serving and growing the company.

Gerald Enright
Director and Advisor
Gerald is a Canadian business entrepreneur in Thailand. With over 15 years in international IT consulting, he brings a valuable perspective to the company. Gerald has assisted in the recent growth of the company though the introduction of automation and internet marketing. His experience around the globe allows him to provide valuable insight as to international standards in service as well as to provide cultural differences coaching to both management and staff.

Youme Wansavanmuang

Sales Manager
With over 10-year experience in the real estate business, Youme heads the sales and marketing activities. She has an in depth knowledge of the expatriate housing market as well as an excellent working relationship with many landowners and property management. Youme has a degree in Business Administration form the UK. The successful growth of the business is a testament to her interpersonal skills and keen business sense.

Our service begins before our clients arrive in Thailand. We leverage internet, e-mail, and conferencing to assess clients needs with respect to family needs, housing, location and amenities. We maintain a highly specialized database of over 1000 apartments, condominiums and houses allowing us to conduct exhaustive searches of the property market. We pre-screen all properties, prior to meeting clients to ensure quality and availability. We plan property viewing and take our clients to view a range of properties, which meet their requirements. We assist in contract negotiations to ensure that our client receives excellent value for their housing budget. During their stay we offer support services to our clients, not limited to housing. We will assist in any problems that may arise, from language barriers with domestic staff to contract disputes. We also offer value added service such as recommending a good school, a reputable medical facility or even a perfect weekend get-away location. We care for our clients throughout their stay. When it comes time to leave, we will help make the move as smooth as possible, from finding a mover to settling the last bills and reclaiming rental deposits.

Positioning
The majority of our operations target executive level housing in the downtown core as well as in outlying housing developments. We are a service-oriented organization. Our core corporate objective is to provide unsurpassed service levels to our clients. We target service levels benchmarked against international standards. We provide a professional executive level of service rivaling or exceeding the service expectations of larger international relocation organizations.

Equally important is our status as an independent agency. Many real estate companies will also have a large property management and real estate development interest. As such, they represent only their properties to the client. Our core service is to represent all properties to our client, not just a selection of managed properties. This translates to value to our client, as it provides a wider choice of properties with respect to location, price and ambiance.

Pricing
Our property location services are offered without charge to the client. We landowners carry the service costs of this service in a standard industry fee structure.
